You agree to notify Infoit immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account or access to your password. Your are solely responsible for any and all use of your account.
Inappropriate language – You agree that your account may be terminated and that you may permanently be banned from posting reviews or posts in forums for the use of inappropriate or offensive language. (Yes, you can still flame a restaurant for poor service or crummy food).
Proprietary Rights in Content on Infoit website – Infoit does not claim any ownership rights in the text, files, images, photos, videos, sounds, works of authorship, or any other material or works of authorship (collectively, “Content”) that you post to the Infoit website. By displaying or publishing (“posting”) any Content on Infoit, you hereby grant to Infoit a limited license to use, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, publish, reuse that Content.
Non-Personally Identifiable Information
Infoit logs non-personally identifiable information such as IP address, time zone, profile information, aggregate user data, and browser type, from users and visitors to the site. Such data are used to manage the website, track usage and improve the website services. This non-personally identifiable information is exclusively used internally by Infoit to provide more relevant services, discounts, and promotions to users who opt in. Infoit displays certain information, including members' pictures, country, age range, names, and friends' names and pictures on the Site in order to facilitate user interaction. To facilitate searching and finding interesting content on the Site, Infoit may allow users to search for other members using first and last name, screen name, and other standard search strategies. Even if you choose the "private" setting for your Contact page to prevent others from viewing it, your name, country and picture thumbnail may be available in search results and those limited pieces of information may be made available to third party search engines.
